"Casino Cheat"

TO DO. for now, refer to this Wikipedia article. the basic rules we have been playing are similar to the rules of American Cassino, but not quite. I tried and failed to summarise them myself.

Adding Cheat rules.

In the "normal" game of Cheat, cards are played face-down with the players declaring what they are. Other players can call "Cheat" at any time to start a dispute, revealing the face-down card. If the player was cheating, they lose the dispute and face a penalty; however, if the other player calls "Cheat" and the player was lying, the one who called "Cheat" faces the penalty instead.

In Casino Cheat, there are two kinds of cheating added to the basic game:

• Cheat claiming: Whenever a player claims a card (or a stack of cards), they claim it by playing a face-down card. This may or may not match the value of the card/pile they are claiming. If the opponent calls "Cheat", the claiming card is revealed. If the player was cheating, the card/pile which they were claiming is left on the table, along with the claiming card, and they pay the penalty. If the player was not cheating, they simply keep the cards, and the opponent pays the penalty.
